Prospectus along with application form for the session 2010 - 2011 is available from the Campus & City Office by paying Rs. 250/- in Cash or DD for Rs. 300/- in favour of IHRM.
Infrastructural Facilities

The LECTURE HALLS of IHRM are large, well lit, airy and hygienic for imparting lessons. The Audio-Video media system also brings concentration in the studies of students. Arrangement of white boards, PA system, OHP and rostrum has been made to make learning more effective. LCD projectors are also used to facilitate presentation and effective demonstrations. Students are provided with ergonomically designed chairs and tables for more comfort.


The FRONT OFFICE Lab is being considered as the first point where the guest is being welcomed and honoured. Students are imparted knowledge of receiving information, guest registration, guest relation & registration, billing, flight confirmation, ticketing, different kind of reports, types of vouchers for updating the front office records, etc. This training is very important for the students to develop their communication skill, social skill, operation and situation handling.  


The modern PRODUCTION & PATISSERIE LABS with latest equipment gives an added advantage of handling the actual equipment at the practical floor level. The students are primarily introduced to the art of cooking and the essential of the basics. A good hospitality operation desires complete familiarity with the art and science of cooking.


The BAKERY AND CONFECTIONARY Unit is also a part of the practical training as per the requirement of syllabus. Pastry and Bakery are equipped to the international standards keeping in mind the student needs for skill development. Special equipment has been provided for the students in order to attain desired results in the field of sugar confectionery and Couverture Confectionery.  


IHRM’s modern TRAINING RESTAURANT and a CLASSIC BAR imparts training for high standard technique of service of service in buffets, banquets, coffee shop and Guerdion Service etc.   Students prepare and serve the food using French and English food service styles in the formal dining room. A full fledged display bar has been provided to introduce the student chef to the basic principles of food and beverage service.


The HOUSEKEEPING Lab with latest machineries has fully mechanized automatic washing machine, hydro-extractor, drying tumbler, modern linen management trolley and ironing machine, etc., for the students to ensure high standard of technical knowledge. Housekeeping is the backbone of the Hotel Industry. It is responsible for cleanliness, maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the Industry. They also learn the art of Flower arranging and interior decoration which plays an integral part in the Hotel Industry.


IHRM’s LIBRARY and knowledge centre is the nerve centre of IHRM. It  is a treasure of resources. Most education, after school, requires a well-stocked library with efficient and effective information retrieval system within the reach at convenient time. Having regard to this fact, the College has an excellent library. It contains a regular supply of periodicals, magazines and journals relevant for any management student. In addition, it contains several books that provide reference material for a student aspiring to be a part of the corporate world. Students are motivated to spend time in the Library through a combination of a good atmosphere and the abundant resources that are provided to them. The Library is also frequently replenished with books and resources. 


IHRM has a very up-to-date COMPUTER LAB with excellent resources. These resources enable students to acquire the software proficiency that is essential for succeeding professionally in any environment. The System of teaching-learning is backed by Computer Labs designed specially to cater to the specific need of the students. Built in strict accordance with AICTE’s specification, the Labs provide to the students state-of-the-art computational environment and also facilities for instant access to information highways through Internet.


The CAFETERIA of IHRM not only takes care of the food and nutritional requirements of the students and faculties, but also provides them with some moments of relief within the frame-work of their day-long hectic schedules.

IHRM provides separate HOSTEL facilities for boys and girls. The hostel is situated withing close proximity from the Campus. With comfortable rooms, nutritious food and other requisite facilities, it provides a congenial atmosphere suitable for academics.

The college operates its TRANSPORTATION SERVICE to bring the hostel students to its Campus. The buses are comfortable and cozy and the hostel students are provided with this facility at no extra charges.
